- the package deal & special rates are only valid from 1 March to 31 March 2011 excluding the
weekend of 18,19 & 20 March 2011. - The special offer is only valid if booked & confirmed before 25th March 2011
- This special offer is only valid while stocks last.
- 50% deposit with balance payable on arrival.
- All bookings to be secured with credit card details.
- Cancellations must be made in writing to the African Peninsula Guest House.
- Cancellations made on or after day of arrival 100% of the total bill (unless booking can be re-sold)
- All bookings for this special offer are made with a non refundable deposit (unless the booking
can be re-sold) - Any cancellations made will carry a penalty fee equivalent t 20% of the total bill.
- Suites will be available from 2 o'clock on day of arrival. All guests to present valid Identity book or
passport. - Suites must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Late checkouts will be charged @ R100 per
hour. - Late checkouts must be pre arranged with reception as new arrivals are expected at 2 pm.
- Early check in must be pre arranged with reception. Late arrivals beyond 8pm pre arranged with
reception. - Late arrivals will be charged @ R50 per hour up to 10pm and R100 per hour thereafter.
- Guests visitors - all visitors must register at reception. Rates for visitors - R50 per person per
hour. - Guests and guests visitors attend this establishment at their own risk.The proprietor, its agents,
and/or its employees, shall not be liable for, and the guests hereby waive/s and abandon/s any
claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of
whatever nature against the proprietor, whether arising from the proprietors default, negligence or
otherwise. The guest/s in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the proprietor against any
claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the proprietor's default,
negligence or otherwise.
